Payment by credit card

Payment by credit card is 100% secure and we do not know your credit card numbers at any time.

All payments benefit from 3D Secure technology which secures your bank card. You always receive a verification code by SMS on your mobile phone.

The payment interface is managed by our French bank La Société Générale.

If this is not the case, contact your bank directly to check that 3D Secure is activated and that your mobile number is correctly configured.

Pay by PayPal

If you have a PayPal account then you already know everything.

PayPal is a third party payment with online wallet linked to your bank card and / or bank account which avoids you having to re-enter your payment method each time and send it directly to the site. More info here.

Bank transfer

Our RIB is communicated to you with the confirmation email of your order. If you have not received it, ask us through the contact area with the number of your order or your name.

Orders are only taken into account and products reserved upon receipt of your payment.

Payement by bank transfer is allowed for orders shipped to specific European countries.

Payment by wire transfer is not instantaneous. Allow approximately 2 to 4 days for receipt and verification of your payment.

Security of your personal data

Your personal data remains strictly confidential and will never be sold or communicated to third parties other than to deliver your order.
The carriers have knowledge of your delivery address, email address and telephone, but only for the delivery of the order in progress and they undertake by contract never to use them for anything other than this delivery; and we take care of it!

If at any time you wish to delete your customer account with us, simply send us a message via the contact area with the same email address as the one used to place your last order. After a final confirmation, wewill then delete all traces of your data.
