Metropolitan France and Monaco:
• up to 100 grams: tracked delivery possible for €5
• delivery by Colissimo without signature (delivery in mailbox possible in your absence): €12
• Delivery by Colissimo with signature (delivery only in your presence, against signature): €15
• Delivery by Chronopost ( OUTSIDE Corsica): €25
• Delivery by Chronopost for Corsica: €45

European Union:

For European Union countries, we invoice your order with French taxes (included in the displayed price).

Worldwide outside Europe

We deliver to all countries in the world. We use the French postal Colissimo service against signature. In the country of destination, your package is delivered by the local post service.

Your order is invoiced to you excluding taxes. Your country's customs services will charge you your country's local taxes and customs clearance costs (for information on these costs, please contact your country's customs service).

Receipt of your order

Here are some tips when receiving your order.

If it is direct to letterbox delivery for small items: Quickly check that everything is there once the package is collected.

For parcels delivered by a delivery person, pay attention to the external condition of your parcel.
- if everything is OK, you can sign without problem.
- if a box is damaged, take the time to open it in front of the delivery person.
If damage is found, ask to make comments on the delivery note (a description in 1 sentence maximum)


In the latter case, send us a message as soon as the delivery person has visited to let us know.

If you discover a problem or defect after the delivery person has left, you must quickly send us a message within 24 hours of receipt via the contact area, attaching a photo; but rest assured it is really extremely rare.

Return items

"14-day money-back guarantee"

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you.

Who pay for the return? The return costs remain your responsibility. So you use the carrier of your choice. For most packages, we recommend your local post service or UPS, which you can buy online and print at home.

What are the conditions for being reimbursed?
The item must be in its original new condition, in its original packaging (also in its original condition and NOT opened). There must be no traces of use. You must use a box or strong transport packaging.

I want to return an item that I have already used or opened? Normally this is not possible because this 14-day withdrawal period is provided for returning an item which we find upon unpacking that it is not suitable.
